The Three-Cylinder Rotary Dryer is a highly efficient and energy-saving rotary drying machine. It is widely used for drying manufactured sand, river sand, slag, coal slurry, fly ash, quartz sand, mineral powder, and other materials.

The dryer adopts a three-layer concentric cylinder structure, allowing materials to move repeatedly through the cylinders. This increases the material residence time and improves heat utilization, resulting in efficient and energy-saving drying.

Wet materials enter the inner cylinder and come into full contact with hot air. The materials continuously tumble and move through the three cylinders, gradually completing the heat exchange process. The dried material is discharged through the outlet, while exhaust gas is treated by the dust collection system before being released.
