The Mineral Powder Dryer is an efficient drying machine specially designed for various mineral powders, concentrates, and industrial powder materials. It is widely used for drying iron concentrate powder, copper concentrate, manganese ore powder, nickel ore powder, lead-zinc concentrate, and other metallic and non-metallic mineral powders.

The dryer adopts a rotary drum structure equipped with optimized lifting flights and a hot-air system. This allows the material to fully contact the hot air for rapid and uniform drying, making it suitable for continuous and large-scale production.

Wet mineral powder is evenly fed into the rotary drum. As the drum rotates, the lifting flights continuously lift and tumble the material, allowing it to fully contact the hot air and rapidly evaporate moisture.

The dried mineral powder is discharged from the outlet, while the exhaust gas is purified through a dust collection system before discharge.
