The Kaolin Dryer is specially designed for kaolin, ceramic raw materials, and various clay minerals. It can rapidly reduce material moisture content and improve product quality. The dryer is widely used in ceramics, refractory materials, paper, rubber, plastics, chemical, and other industries.

With an optimized lifting-flight design and hot-air circulation system, kaolin is heated evenly during the drying process, reducing the risk of agglomeration while helping maintain its physical properties.

Kaolin enters the rotary drum through the feeding system. As the drum rotates, the lifting flights continuously lift and tumble the material, allowing it to fully contact the hot air and rapidly evaporate moisture.

The dried material is discharged through the outlet, while fine particles can be collected by the dust collection system to reduce material loss.
