The VSI Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is an efficient and energy-saving machine for fine crushing and shaping. It is widely used in manufactured sand production, fine ore crushing, and aggregate processing.
The machine adopts two crushing modes: Rock on Rock and Rock on Iron, which can be selected according to different material characteristics. It produces high-quality manufactured sand with excellent particle shape and reasonable gradation.
The VSI crusher is suitable for medium- and high-hardness materials such as granite, basalt, limestone, river stone, diabase, iron ore, and mine tailings. It is an ideal sand-making machine for highways, high-speed railways, water conservancy projects, commercial concrete batching plants, and construction projects.

The material enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the feed opening. Driven by centrifugal force, the material is thrown at high speed and collides with the material inside the crushing chamber or the wear-resistant liners.
Through high-speed impact, collision, and friction, the material is finely crushed and shaped. Materials meeting the required particle size are discharged, while oversized materials continue to circulate for further crushing, ensuring uniform particle size and excellent particle shape.
