The Jaw Crusher is an efficient primary crushing machine widely used in mining, quarrying, construction, metallurgy, highway, railway, water conservancy, and chemical industries. It crushes large rocks and ores into the required sizes through the compression force between the movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate. It is an essential piece of equipment for stone crushing plants and mineral processing plants.
The PE series is mainly designed for primary crushing, while the PEX series is suitable for medium and fine crushing. It can process various medium- and high-hardness materials, including granite, basalt, limestone, river stone, iron ore, copper ore, and quartz.

The motor drives the eccentric shaft through a belt, causing the movable jaw plate to move back and forth periodically. The material is crushed through compression, splitting, and bending forces. Once the material reaches the required size, it is discharged through the discharge opening, ensuring continuous and stable production.
