The Jig Machine is an efficient gravity separation machine that separates minerals according to differences in density. It is widely used for roughing, cleaning, and tailings recovery of gold, tin, tungsten, manganese, iron ore, barite, and other minerals.

The machine uses periodic pulsating water flow to stratify minerals of different densities inside the jig chamber, allowing efficient separation of valuable minerals from waste rock.

After the slurry enters the jig chamber, periodic pulsating water flow generated by the eccentric mechanism or hydraulic system causes the particles to loosen, settle, and stratify repeatedly.

High-density minerals gradually settle toward the lower part of the bed, while lighter materials remain in the upper layer. The separated materials are then discharged through the concentrate and tailings outlets, achieving efficient gravity separation.
